Douglas BUHLER Obituary

BUHLER, Douglas Arthur Passed away aged 55, on the 1st January 2015 at his home on Great Barrier Island, the place he loved with his partner of 27 years, Nicola, by his side. Cherished dad of Ruby and Pipin. Loved son of the late Arthur and Pauline Buhler and Brother to Lyndal. Uncle and Brother in Law to many. Douglas was one of lifes true characters with a heart of gold. A graveside service will be held on Monday 5th January at 11am at Gooseberry Flat Cemetery on Great Barrier Island. He will be sadly missed by the many people who knew him. All communication to Lyndal 021 610 098.

Hi,
I just saw this on the web, I was best friend of Doug at school, from primary to scoudary but lost contact when i went into the Army. Just so sad , I was looking up his mname to track him down.
