Douglas ACE Obituary

ACE, Douglas James (Doug). 31 January 1937 - 8 July 2015. It is with great sadness that we have to say goodbye to our much loved mate, Dad and dear old Poppo. He was an amazing husband and Pal to Dawn for 56 years. The greatest Dad anyone could wish for to Gaylene and Mal, Trish and Laurie, and that boy Peter and Denise. A Poppo that was and will always be treasured by BJ and Kirsty, Niesje and Tim, Evan and Alysha, Stacey and Pete, Erin and Vaunn, Joseph, Jesse and Lana, Hunter, Troy and Alysha and Cody. He was the dearest Poppo with the Lolly Jar to his three little Dottles, Ella, Shyla and Pippa, and to his little men Noah and Kade. A celebration of Doug's life will be held at the Kerikeri Baptist Church on Hobson Avenue, Kerikeri on Wednesday 15 July at 1:30pm followed by a private interment. All communications to 27 Tanekaha Lane, RD1, Kerikeri, 0294.
