Dorothy SPANKIE Obituary

SPANKIE, Dorothy (Dot). Passed away on 29 July 2025, aged 94 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Dave. Much adored Mother and mother-in-law of Lorraine and Mike Harley, Craig and Gretchen, Mark and Caro. Loved Grandma of Emily, Rosie, Alannah, Georgia, Cory, Picou, Eugene and Angus. Many thanks to the staff of Bruce McLaren Retirement Village, Botany Downs. A Celebration of Dorothy's life will be held at the St Columba Presbyterian Church, 480 Ti Rakau Drive, Botany, Auckland on Monday 4th August at 12 noon.

Our deepest condolences to Lorraine,Craig,Mark and families.
Such a wonderful lady, whom we had the pleasure to meet over 50 years ago.
While this is a time of sorrow we will always remember the special times and the many meals we shared, such a great cook, wonderful Mother,Grandmother, and great friend to us.
