I am reminded of the time I bought my mother Thyra Troughton to Japan to visit the work you were doing Japan. What a privilege it was to see the country as well as your work and meet up with your congregation. Thank you for hosting us.

Dear Warren and family
on hearing of Doreen's death, I am glad we visited during this year as we are unable to attend her funeral as we are in Cairns. We are not due back in NZ until the 25th of August.
It was good to have time with you in Japan when I did those years ago.
I believe Doreen and I share the same birthday date on the 1st of September, only she was older ( I'm will soon be turning 75 ).
Joyce Dixon said she will be attending the funeral and she'll share with me on my return.
I trust that the support of friends and family is a comfort in the days ahead. The good work you did in Japan as well as NZ will continue as you have established outreach to the Japanese here to.
