Dora BATCHELOR Obituary
BATCHELOR, Dora Marjorie. Passed away peacefully at Taupo Hospital on 16th September 2022, aged 92 years. Much loved wife of Ray for 67 years. Dearly loved mother of Wendy and Michael Powell and Jenny and Peter Martin. Adored Nana of Jessica and Matt, Anthony and Mel, Lauren and Chris and Hayley and Anthony. Great Nana Dor to Charlie, Brooklyn, Indy Rose, Luca and Nico. Our grateful thanks to the staff at Summerset, St John's Ambulance and doctors and nurses at Taupo Hospital. To Ray and family,
I was sad to read of Dora's passing. She was a very obliging and friendly member of the Taupo Telephone exchange in my working days with her. She and Ray worked so well together in the same workplace. I found you both remarkable. Rest in Peace Dora. Job well done.
