SCOTT, Donald Fredrick (Don) Don passed away, his family by his side, at North Haven Hospice. Dearly beloved husband of June. Much loved and cherished Dad of Paul and Shelley, and loved other Dad of Walter Wells. Adored Grandad of Kaitlin and Reigan Scott. The strongest heart stopped beating, not before a final jest. It breaks our hearts to lose you; and now your hardworking hands are at rest. Don was a loving, caring husband, father and Grandad, our best friend, we will love and think of him forever and ever. Goodbye for now. A service will be held in the Chapel of Morris and Morris Funerals (entrance 17 Western Hills Drive), Whau Valley, Whangarei at 11am on Monday 11 January 2016 the funeral then leaving for Maunu Park Cemetery. June, Paul, Shelley and Walter would like to sincerely thank the doctors, nursing staff and volunteers at hospice for the professional, loving care of Don and the support and guidance to his family.
