Donald NICHOLSON Obituary

NICHOLSON, Donald Keith (Don). Peacefully (surrounded by family) in Thames, on 22nd September, 2022; aged 90 years. Devoted husband and best friend of Rosemary. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Ainsley and Lloyd, Scott and Tracy, Christine (deceased) and Alan. Much loved Poppa of his 8 grandchildren and great- granddad of 2. 'Remembered and loved forever'. The family wish to thank the staff at the Booms Lodge for their wonderful care of Don. In accordance with Don's wishes a private cremation has taken place. A celebration of Don's life will be held at 157 South Road, Mangatarata, on Friday 30th September at 11am. Messages to: Scott: [email protected]

NICHOLSON, Donald Keith (Don). Born March 13, 1932. Passed away on September 22, 2022. Dad, Don, D.K, Poppa. Our loved poppa is now at peace. The wood box will never be filled again, and puddings definitely slim at home. You have taught us by your actions, our strong poppa, our humble inspiration. A true Legend of the farm and our family. The humm of the Gator gone but never forgotten. Cherished, Respected and Loved. Scott, Tracy, Jordan, Olivia, Brooklyn and partners.
