ERSKINE, Donald John. At Middlemore Hospital on September 11, 2013 aged 81 years, after a short illness. Dear caring friend of Norma, loved father of Linda, Wayne, Gavin, Debbie and the late Julie. Loved brother of Raewyn, Peter and Colin (Queensland), Jennifer and Michael (Auckland). Will be sadly missed by all his friends and extended family. A private cremation is to be held.
