So sorry to read of your passing Dianne. Had the privilege of knowing you for 20 years after meeting you that very first day we dropped Luke off at Te Manaaki Pre School. 5 wonderful years you helped to look after our son, and we as a family counted you as a wonderful happy go lucky friend. Rest in peace now with all the other angles. Fats,Dal and Lukey Boy xxx

To Dianne,
Typically i didnt make the journey to your last farewell before leaving this place.

Anyway um i respected you hugely when u walked this planet. I respected u as a fellow teacher and i learned an important part of my hardwork ethic from you. Was hard not to when in true Dianne style you would give me stick and tell me to get off my behind, stop being a crybaby moaner and get to work. It worked every time! So thanks you old biddy........
I loved the bak and forth stik we gave each other......kept our minds off the end of the day drag only a preschool teacher knows in its unique form that it comes.....lol.

When God saw you getting tired
When God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be
He put his arms around you
And whispered come to me

He didn't like what you went through
And he gave you rest
His garden must be beautiful
He only takes the best

And when we saw you sleeping
So peaceful and free from pain
We wouldn't wish you back
To suffer that again

Today we say goodbye
And as you take your final rest.
That garden must be beautiful
Because you are one of the best

Dianne, looked so at peace yesterday.
What a wonderful wife mother and nana you were.
You have left a wonderful legacy for your family.
I am going to miss that rear end view of you, swaggering down the hill, with your back pack on, ready to start your day as a truly inspirational educator .
Rest in peace Dianne.
