Diane BLACKBURN Obituary

BLACKBURN, Diane Gay. Passed away peacefully on 26 May 2014 after a courageous battle, at home with family, aged 65 years. Dearly loved wife of Fred for 47 years. Loved mother and mother-in- law of Gavin and Karla, Tania and Warren, Karen, Teresa and John, Paul and Shannon. Much loved and adored grandmother to her 13 grandchildren. Taken too soon, forever in our hearts. A big thank you to the Waikato District Health Board and Hospice Waikato for their love and ongoing support. A service for Diane will be held at Seddon Park Funeral Home Chapel, Cnr Seddon Road and Somerset Street, Hamilton, on Friday, 30 May 2014 at 1:30pm followed by burial at Whatawhata Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations preferred to Hospice Waikato, PO Box 325, Hamilton 3240 or these may be left at the service.
