TIOPIRA, Desmond Earl. Passed away 9 March 2014 in Sydney. Beloved husband of Marae. Cherished son of Hinepae and Joe Tiopira (deceased), Papa and Hilda Huriwai. Loved brother of Dot, Graham, Harry, Marg, Martha, William, Rachele, Adrian, Tania, Andrew, Jayne, Tania, Graeme, Natalie (deceased), Justine, Jayson, Haydon, Fiona, Naydene, Tyler, Reagan and Donna. Loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews, especially Moti, Dorothy-Jean and Bill. Kore koe e warewaretia, paimarire. Desmond will be travelling to Te Takinga Marae, Mourea, Rotorua today (Friday). Funeral will be held on Sunday 16 March at 11am at the above Marae followed by burial at Matutawa Urupa.
