Very fond memories of Des, our neighbour for many years in Bond Rd. He, Kitty and Francie were a big part of our lives during that time and will be in our memories forever. Loving thoughts to the extended Riordan family, Dianne and family (Rachel, David and Stephen Paul)

The end of an era not just for Des´s remaining family but for Bond Road Te Awamutu where Des was neighbour to late Jack n Audrey Davies. He was a well known local identity within the racing community along with his late brothers. May there be many tears and much laughter as you farewell a much loved brother n law and Uncle .
RIP Des, there will be some yarns shared with the crowd waiting to greet you
