McFARLANE, Desmond (Des) Roy. Passed peacefully in Tauranga on the 16 July 2011 in his 77th year. Cherished husband of Zelma. Beloved dad, father-in- law of Brett and Rachel, Craig and Deanne, Yvette and Jonathan. Adored grandad of Natalie, Jack, Oliver and Isabelle. A funeral service for Des will be held at Woodhill, 167 Grange Rd, Tauranga on Wednesday 20 July at 10.30am, followed by a burial at the Te Awamutu Lawn Cemetery, Picquet Hill Road, Te Awamutu at 3pm.
