Desmond GREEN Obituary

GREEN, Desmond John. On Wednesday, 24 January 2018, suddenly as a result of an accident at Te Awamutu; aged 76 years. Devoted husband of Joyce, cherished father of the late Jason, Tania and Craig, and Carla and the late Rowan, loved poppa to Bonni, Crystal, Benwar, Caitlin and Michael. Messages to the Green Family c/- PO Box 377, Te Awamutu, 3800. The funeral service for Des will be held at St John's Anglican Church, 162 Arawata Street, Te Awamutu on Friday 26 January at 1pm.

Joan and I are so sorry to hear of the passing of Des. I think back to all the good times shared at the Te Awamutu police station. We only hear about his passing yesterday so werent able to get there for today. We now live in Rolleston Christchurch.

Joan and I are so sorry to hear of Des passing. I think back to all the good times Des and I shared while at Te Awamutu Police. I know he will be laughing still. Sorry we couldnt be there as we are now in Rolleston, Canterbury and we only found out yesterday.
