MAW, Derek Herbert Charles. Passed peacefully at The Booms Care Home, Thames, on 18th May 2025; aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of Jill. Loved father of Carol, Peter, Chris, Heather, Anthony, Liz, Darryn, Janine, Robyn and Brent. Adored Grandad and Great-Grandad of all his grandchildren. A service to celebrate Derek's life will be held at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 306 Willoughby Street, Thames, tomorrow (Wednesday) 21st May at 1pm, followed by private cremation. 'Fair winds and following seas'.
