Derek HUGHES Obituary

HUGHES, Derek Henry. 02 May 1938 to 05 December 2021. Passed away peacefully at Kamo Home, Whangarei. Loving father of Karen Butler, Sandra Elliott, Tracey Currin and Evan Hughes. Loving Dubba, father-in-law, second dad, brother, brother-in-law, Uncle and friend to many. A private cremation will be held on Saturday, 11th December 2021. Viewings and farewells can take place at Morris and Morris Funerals, Whangarei, between 8.30am and 5:00pm up to, and including, Friday, 10th December 2021. A celebration of Derek's life will be held on Saturday, 22nd January 2022, from 11:00am. Lunch and a drink in Derek's honour will be provided. Please contact the family for details.
