HAWKES, Derek Charles Anthony. Born in Brighton, UK, Derek passed away peacefully at Tauranga on 14 September 2025, aged 85 years. Much loved father of Kathryn and Ken. Respected father-in- law of Dave and Georgeina. Grandfather of James, Louis, Alexander, Tiziana and Jasper. Great-grandfather of Harlow. A special mention to Jacob, Jamie-Rose and Hamish. In accordance with Derek's wishes a private cremation will be held with a memorial to follow.
