Derek CORY-WRIGHT Obituary

CORY-WRIGHT, Derek Wade. Aged 92 years; son of the late Harold and Phyllis Cory- Wright. Born 26 May 1921, died peacefully in his sleep at Matapaia Lodge, Tairua on Thursday 15 August 2013. Loving husband of the late Doreen. Father of Andrew (UK), Vivienne and Murray (Hamilton), Mark and Maria (Tairua). Very proud grandfather of Kade, Ivy, Darcy, Pippa and Stella. A service to celebrate Derek's life will be held at St Francis' Church, Main Road, Tairua 11.00am Monday 19 August. A 3rd generation member of Tairua's community and significant contributor to his town. Rest in Peace. Sincere thanks to the staff at Matapaia for his care.
