Kenneth Wateska Obituary
Kenneth R. Wateska, 61, of North Huntingdon, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2001, in William Penn Care Center, Penn Township. He was born Aug. 24, 1940, in Pittsburgh. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a postal worker by the U.S. Postal Service. He was a Vietnam War veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy, and a member of VFW Post 781, AARP and the National Association of Letter Carriers. He is survived by his wife, Sally Rack Wateska; and a daughter, April Wateska. A memorial service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the SHIRLEY-KUKICH FUNERAL HOME INC., Clay Pike, Circleville, North Huntingdon, with Pastor Bruce Maxwell officiating. Interment will be private in Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
