Denis BRIDLE Obituary

BRIDLE, Denis Wilbur. Aged 87 years, died peacefully on Tuesday 21 January 2025. Beloved husband of 62 years of Glenyss, dearly loved and respected father, father-in- law, and Poppa of Stephen and Glenda, Grace and Ben; Gregory and Angelika, and Angela; Peter and Kate, Thomas and Rebecca, Henry and Jorgia, and Lucy; Antony and Deanne, Joseph, Beth and Eden. Well done good and faithful servant. Our grateful thanks to the staff of Maygrove Village Hospital for their love and care for Denis and the whole family. A memorial and celebration service will be held at 2pm Tuesday 28 January at Orewa Baptist Church, 2-8 Loop Road, Orewa, followed by refreshments. We were neighbours of the Lees in Smale St. I remember Denis and Glenys´s when got married. My condolences to Glenys´s on behalf of the Bradys. God bless you and all your family.

Our love and condolences to the extended Bridle whanau on the passing of Denis. We have many fond memories of an active and energetic Denis in various church and school roles, including Headmaster at Red Beach Primary School and playing the drums in the worship band at Orewa Baptist Church.
It was a pleasure to know him.

We have many memories of the vibrant and energetic Denis in many roles including Headmaster at Red Beach Primary school, and playing drums in the worship band at Orewa Baptist Church.
