Delysse STOREY Obituary

My sincere condolences to the family! I´ve just saw this sad news about Delysse & it made me very sad. I met beautiful Delysse at Waikato Hospital in July 2022 when I had my big surgery. We shared our same faith with each other, had communion one Sunday and promised to keep in touch when she was discharged from Waikato Hospital & we did. I thought of her early this morning and searched her name on Google. She´s a lovely lady and loved our Lord Jesus. She always said that she´s ready to meet our Lord and also to see and talk to her late son Edward whom she missed dearly. Till we meet again, Delysse! Love, Dottie

Keith So sorry to find your wife passed away. I am Lydia Hartill from Enumclaw, Washington, USA. Do not know if you remember our family (Bill and Ruth Hartill) when you stayed with us on the IFYE program. I remember you corresponding to your cherished Delyesse while staying at our house. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Dilly you were always so positive and full of life; such a strength for many and you always offered so much. You were a giver and so kind to us all in your life. We shall miss you. Huge support and hugs to Fraser, Scott, Kate and Keith.

Delysse has been a close family friend of the Forbeses for over 50years! Such a giving soul full of fun, laughter and generosity of spirit, and an incredible cook! She once gave me a beautiful silver cross with a red coral stone in the middle, which I treasured, sadly it is lost but never forgotten. So sad for your loss (and ours) she will be sorely missed. RIP Dilly and love and strength to you, Keith, Fraser, Scott, Kate, partners and children.
