I am so sad to hear of Deborah's death. She was a great asset to society and will be sorely missed by all her clients as well as her family and friends. She was my dentist for 20 years - the best dentist I had ever had and one who made it an enjoyable visit rather than a dredded one. She had a great wit and sense of humour and a warm and loving heart. My heart goes out to her family. My condolences to all who knew her and loved her.

Deborah's family & friends, so sorry to hear of Deborah's passing...way too young. Deborah has been my dentist for many years and I will miss her not only for her wonderful dentistry, for her quick wit and conversation and love of art deco. Rest in peace Deborah, and know that you will be truly missed by many.

Just found out today that Deb has passed away.
How very sad. And she was way too young.
She was our family dentist for years until we moved over to the Gold Coast last year, and we have all had many a lively conversation with her and Jane.
Our sincere condolences to her family.

Gosh. I am completely shocked. I have been leaving messages on her answer phone and wondering why I wasn't getting a response and have come to Google to find this news. Deborah was the best dentist I have ever had so I am going to miss her greatly. She was always bright and professional and managed to get her hands around my small mouth.

My heartfelt sympathy to her family.

Just gutted to hear of Deborah's passing. I have moved to the UK in early June and was online looking for her email to ask her a question (I didn't want to send her a text out of hours) and have been shocked and deeply saddened by this news. She was me and my Mum's dentist for many years and a wonderful one at that. We shared many a good dog story and her last words to me in May this year were not to let any UK dentists put a filling in one of my teeth - they are good she said - don't be convinced! Always she gave good solid advice. You could totally trust her. I was already missing Deborah and now I will do so even more. My thoughts are with her family. It was too soon.

I feel very sad as I just found out about Deborah passing away . I only knew her as my dentist but she is the only one I have trusted over the last 20 years . I was disappointed when she left the north shore and absolutely delighted when she returned and opened her lovely , welcoming practice on Onewa Rd. She was always so down to earth, empathetic , realistic, and caring and had a sense of humour like me . Thinking of her family which she so fondly talked about in this difficult time

We only found out yesterday and are deeply saddened by the news of Deborah passing. I first met Deborah 19 years ago when she became my dentist. Couple of years later my husband came to be her patient too. She was a wonderful dentist and a great person! It was an honour to have known Deborah and we will truly miss her. She is without doubt irreplaceable...
Our thoughts and sincere sympathy are to her family and friends.

I'm still having trouble believing it. The best dentist for over 20+ years. Never made me feel guilty about leaving it too long between! We always had a laugh, she had such a fabulous sense of humour. Irreplaceable, rest in peace Deborah, thinking of your poor family x

We were deeply saddened to hear the tragic news about Deborah. We first met her nearly 10 years ago when she became our dentist.

She was an absolutely lovely person; always so kind and friendly while reassuring us with her knowledge and professionalism She always took the time to get to know us with genuine interest. We both loved our chats with her about anything from art deco (loved the great style of her waiting room), people and politics. We shared many views and we loved her warmth and sense of humour.

We were extremely fond of Deborah and are shocked she has gone. She was a very special person and will be greatly missed and always remembered.

Our deepest sympathy to JoAnn, Jackie, Peter and all the family in your tragic loss.
We have sent a donation to the Charity 'Theresa Elizabeth Home for Dogs' in her memory.

Deborah was one of my students at Unitec Mount Albert campus.

I only knew her for 5 months, but in that time I came to appreciate her respect, her willingness to work hard and learn in a field so different to her original qualifications, and her quiet manner.

I can tell you she was an A student in my class.

Rest in Peace Deborah, you have gone too soon.

My heart breaks knowing Deborah, my wonderful dentist for over 20 years, has passed away. Always so interested in what was happening in my life and always played the dvd's she knew I would appreciate while she worked on my teeth..to me that showed what a sensitive and caring person she was. To Deborah's family, she often spoke of you so I know how much she loved you..please accept my deepest sympathy....she will be missed by more people than you realise.
