HIGGINS, Dawn Isabelle. Peacefully (after a short illness), at home in Kaiaua, on 20 July, 2012. Dearly treasured wife of Andrew and treasured Mum of Craig. Loved daughter of Malcolm (deceased), and Marion Frost. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Heather and Wayne, David and Leeya, and loved daughter-in-law of Ross and Zena, and sister-in-law of Daniel 'Rest in peace.' A celebration of Dawn's life will be held at Twentymans Grahamstown Chapel, Kirkwood Street, Thames, tomorrow (Tuesday) 24 July, at 10am, followed by private cremation.
