WILLIAMS, David Claverly. CVO. CBE. 71119. Mjr 36 Bn and HQ 3 NZ Div WWII. On August 7, 2010 at Wellington Hospital; aged 93 years. Dearly beloved husband of the late Anne (Pip). Much loved father and father-in-law of Barbara and Terry, Lib and Mark, Jane and Hugh. Loved Grandfather of Emma, Kate and Christopher, Victoria and Danny, Simon and Haydee, Matthew, James, Olivia, Laura and of five much loved great- grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations to the Fred Hollows Foundation, Private Bag 99909, Newmarket, Auckland 1149 would be appreciated or may be left at the service. A Service to celebrate David's life will be held in St Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, Ranghiroa St, Waikanae Beach on Thursday August 12 at 2pm, followed by private cremation at Kaitawa Crematorium.
