I had the pleasure of meeting Kiwi Dave when he ran his PT business. He was such a sweet guy and helped me regain my strength after 2 injuries. I just happened to have looked his name up and found out that he is no longer with us. It looks like he lived an amazing life. Condolences to his beloved family and friends at this time.

To David's mum Toni.
I have just re-read through the beautiful tribute David left on the condolences site for my son Michael earlier this year. In it he mentions you
and your fondness for Michael, I can truly say that though I only met David a couple of times I have a vivid memory of him.
I know your pain; I send my love.

Dave was our dock mate for several years. We always enjoyed his company, talking about sailing adventures and the love for our boats. He was a wonderful, generous and caring man and will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace, Kiwi Dave, as he was affectionately called among us.

Dave was one of the most important people in my life.
My journey in the United States began at Kiwi Physical Therapy, where I had the privilege of working alongside him for five years. Those years didn´t just shape my career-they forged a lifelong friendship. Dave was more than a colleague; he was a big brother to me. His generosity, caring nature, and unwavering support left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
I feel a profound sense of loss at the passing of such a great friend and mentor. His warmth and wisdom will always remain in my heart. Dave, you will be deeply missed, but your legacy will live on through the countless lives you touched.

His cheery smile, glimmering eyes and his adventurous soul will be with me for a long, long time. Love to all his family and friends.

Such a kind, generous and talented man who literally got me back on my feet after major surgery. I was lucky enough to not just be a patient, but after that a friend. My condolences to his family, we have lost an amazing guy.

Excellent rugby player and boxer, fantastic physio and even better friend. He had an unconquerable joy for life. When my father passed away, Dave told me that those who have died live on in all of us whose lives they touched. We will all be better to carry Dave with us.

We were new friends, but he stole my heart. So smart, funny and caring. Kind and happy. The sort of person that made you feel good when he was around.
I met up with Dave and Charlie in Charleston, on their way to Key West. We were going to meet up in Key West in December. I was the last person to see them alive.
He will be missed dearly.
I am so deeply sorry for the loss that his beloved family and friends are going through

Kiwi Dave in New York! We met in 2011 after Marty shared so many stories of your adventures together. I enjoyed working with you briefly but mostly, I will cherish the memories of our time spent with you and Evelien when you brought Kato into the world for us all to share. Thank you for the gift of Kato, we will be there for her as much as we can. We know Kato meant more to you than anything in the world. You will be missed greatly.
