David STEVEN Obituary

STEVEN, Dr David. After a long hard fought battle with Parkinsons, David passed away on 28th October 2025. Dearly loved husband and friend of Jill, much loved father and father-in-law of Kris and Mark, Matt and Jo and Tim. Treasured grandad of Dani. A service to celebrate David's life will be held at North Shore Memorial Park, 235 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Monday 3rd November at 2pm. Windsor Funerals 09 477 2433

My condolescenses to family and friends. I had the pleasure of working closely with David in the 2000s (on the ARGOS project). He was such a font of knowledge and I learned so much from him in my formative years as a scientist. RIP David.

Hi Jill and family. My sincere condolences from myself and my family. I enjoyed working with David and was very pleased when he received the well deserved award for his contributions to helping the development and very successful implementation of kiiwfruit IPM. I will remember is smile and humour, the great walking and paddling trips he would take with Jill and others and the bravery with which he fought his last battle. Rest in peace David
