Lucille T. Phillips, 75, of Scottdale, wife of Thomas Phillips, passed away Monday, Dec. 13, 2010, in Excela Health Hospice at Jeannette. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Private interment will be in Scottdale Cemetery. The Catholic Daughters of America will hold a rosary service at 4 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
