David SANDS Obituary

SANDS, David Allen Passed away peacefully at Auckland Hospital on Thursday 3 April 2014, surrounded by family and listening to Pink Floyd. Much loved and adored husband of Lagi. Deeply cherished Dad of Aaron and Maire; Justin and dog, Bee; David and Jess. Special granddad of Denzel, Mason, Moeana and Maire. Dave was a good friend and mentor to all he met. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis de Sales and All Souls Catholic Church, 2A Albert Road, Devonport, on Thursday 10 April at 11:00 a.m. followed by burial at North Shore Memorial Park, Albany. A family service will be held at the church, on Wednesday 9th April, at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the H.D.U. Auckland Hospital, would be appreciated.
