Dave PARORE - a friend for perhaps 35yrs - Brian the Bobcat and Dave the builder, Howick days. Dave swam UNDERWATER all the way from Waiheke to Eastern Beach one day - WOW. Caught up again 10yrs ago at Middlemore sitting next to my late wife Susie receiving chemo and we enjoyed regular phone chats since telling porkies. He was keen to see and share my current "dinghy" project. I will miss our contact Dave. An all round Good Guy. Kindest thoughts always - Brian Walker.

David, you were a special friend and a trusted colleague for Shuping. We'll never forget your zest for living, and your example of refusing to let cancer hold you back. I treasure our inventors korero in your shed, and will never forget that day we went fishing together. Rest in peace my friend.
