McMURRAY, David John (Dave) Passed away on Tuesday 6 May 2014. Darling husband of Chrissy. Dearly loved father of Heather and Bruce and step-father of Rob, Gav, Dayna, Red (Deceased) and their families. Much loved son-in-law of Lola and the late Graham. Very special thanks to the team at Auckland City Hospital, Oncology and Acute Oncology Depts., and West Auckland Hospice Homecare team for their care of Dave. The funeral service will be held in the Main Chapel of the Morrison Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson on Friday 9 May 2014 at 10.00 a.m.
