MALCOLM, David Patrick Kenworthy. Passed away peacefully in Christchurch, on the morning of Thursday, October 23, 2014, Aged 72 . Loved husband of the late Jenny. Loved father and father-in-law of Hamish, Angus and Lena, Joshua and Hannah. Loved grandad of Grace. Loved by Maryanne too.
