LEE, David Anthony (Tony). Passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday the 23rd October 2012; aged 47. Dearly loved son of Victor and Allison, step- son of Vivian, and father of Patrick. Loved brother of Debra and Shelley and brother-in-law of Phillip. A service to farewell Tony will be held in the Chapel of Manukau Memorial Gardens, Puhinui Road Papatoetoe on Monday the 29th October at 11.00am, followed by burial.
