David KIMPTON Obituary

KIMPTON, David Colin (David) Born 12-02-1946. Passed away on 15-03-2016. David passed away quietly at Northshore hospital in Auckland surrounded by his family. Beloved son of Olga and Hugh, father of Matthew and Megan and Wade and Bex, Grandfather of Seth, Sam, Jake, Jagger and Wilder, brother of Robin, Adrienne and Peter, ex-husband of Wensley and friend to many from around the world. He was a successful company director though he was very happily retired and was an avid sailor and golfer. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Service to held at Holy Trinity Cathedral/St Marys Church, cnr St Stephen's Ave, Parnell Rd. Parnell on Wednesday 23rd at 1pm. All guests invited to a wake at Sails Restaurant, Westhaven Marina from 2.30 to 5.30pm.
