My thoughts are with you all as you deal with your grief and shock at Dave's sudden death. I will remember Dave as open, friendly and funny but also hardworking and caring. It's been a pleasure and a privilege. My deepest sympathies to you all.

My sincerest condolences to Dave´s family. Remembering a funny, caring and all around top bloke who loved to spin a good yarn. It was a pleasure to have worked with you, could always count on you to teach me what I needed to know and a little bit more. Rest easy Panama boy!
