David HART Obituary

HART, David Lynn (Dave). On Monday, 2nd January 2023, our hearts were shattered when Dave passed away due to an accident. Deeply loved husband and soulmate of Glenda for 54 years. Adored dad, best friend and rock of Michael (deceased) and Debbie. Loved and respected father-in-law of Roy. Best mate and cherished Poppa of Kobie. A treasured friend and father figure to Shane and Angela. Dearly loved youngest brother and brother-in-law of Brian and Wendy, Merv and Ann. In Kobie's words, "Poppa was the man who was always there". Time to rest now, dad. The work is all done. A private cremation will take place but a celebration of Dave's life will be held in the coming weeks (date to be advised). In lieu of flowers, please consider donating Westpac Rescue Helicopters or St John Ambulance. All communications to Simply Funerals, 20 Whiore Avenue, Tauriko.
