David GRAHAM Obituary
GRAHAM, David John. KNZM, CBE, ED On 2nd August, 2017. Dearly loved husband of Shiela and loved and respected father of Janet and Stephen Cole, Jennifer and Andrew Connolly, and Stuart and Sue Graham. Loved and loving grandfather of Elisabeth, Kate, Fergus, Ethan and the late McGregor and great grandfather of Ivy White. The family gratefully acknowledges the care of the Mercy Hospice team (Ponsonby) and suggests that memorial donations to its work would be valued, PO Box 47693, Auckland 1144. A funeral service will be held at St Mary's-In-Holy-Trinity, corner St Stephen's Avenue and Parnell Road, Auckland on Monday 7th August at 11am.
