So sorry to hear that Dave has passed away. I will always remember Dave for the support he gave me when I first came to Auckland Mental Health Services in 1992! We worked together in different capacities for the next 10 or more years and I have very fond memories of his humour which brightened many a dull meeting! We worked together at different times between 1988 and 2010, we didn't always agree but Dave always tried to make the best decision and look for added value, everywhere. This news is truly shocking and honestly I simply cannot believe it.
