David Eric COOKE obituary

David COOKE Obituary

COOKE, David Eric. Born July 25, 1944. Passed away on December 04, 2024. Yesterday we lost an adoring husband, wonderful dad, poppa and friend. David was a battler to the end and passed away peacefully with his family at his side. Grateful thanks to Waikato Hosptial staff for their compassionate care. David loved life and life loved him back. Barbara and children, Michele, Gareth and Delayne, look forward to celebrating David's wonderful life with family and friends at their Tamahere home after the new year.

Sending enormous aroha to Barb and the entire family, I was lucky to have worked with David many years ago. He was an amazing man, very generous with his time and knowledge and he will be sorely missed.

David you will be sadly missed by all so glad we had a weekend away and enjoyed our beach bbq and that one piece of bread you bought for me on the beach for the bbq I will treasure those great memory's Tabrita and its crew will sadly miss trini on the water xxx
