David COOK Obituary

COOK, David John On 19 February 2015, peacefully at home, in his 75th year. Dearly loved husband of Glenice. Loved and respected father and father in law of Ian and Blanche, Martin and Cherie, Sandra and Edwin, Rodney and Hil, and the late Bruce. Much loved Granddad of Bianca, Blake, Paige, Guy, Arley, Kendal, Miranda, Briar and Jaxson. We have cast off your lines and adjusted your sails May your compass be true As you voyage into the big blue. We will all miss your wisdom and love, always in our hearts. A service will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, on Wednesday 25 February at 3pm followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice North Shore, PO Box 331-129, Takapuna Auckland 0740, would be appreciated. All communications to the Cook family c/- PO Box 66151, Beach Haven.
