BRIDGE, David Charles (Dr). Of Putaruru. Peacefully at Tokoroa Hospital on 12th September 2011. Dearly loved partner to Dianne. Loved stepdad to Nathan and Joshua. Loved son to Jack and Beryl (UK) and the late Marjorie. Loved brother and brother-in-law to Rob, Sharron, and Catherine. At peace after an illness bravely bourne. Donations to the Putaruru St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A service for David will be held at St Pauls Co-Operating Parish Church, Kensington Street, Putaruru on Friday 16th September 2011 at 11 a.m. followed by interment at the Putaruru Lawn Cemetery.
