i cant believe its nearly been a year since the tragedy the family is still picking up the pieces from when our world was turned upside down the last time i saw u was when you took me for a ride in your new flash truck with brooke and morgan it was so fun but sadly it can not be repeated as u are no longer with us rip david xxxooo

I never had the honor of meeting Mr, Bolstad but I can assure you he was a man's man! He could swing an axe harder than anyone I have ever seen, I am so sorry for your loss he will be greatly missed. Little did we know that when you left the states a couple of months ago and said Take care mum, I don't know when I will get back to the states - that it meant just that.
