David BOLAM Obituary

BOLAM, David Kirkley. Aged 90 years, passed away peacefully at Caughey Preston Home in Auckland on 20 October 2014 after a long illness. Loved husband of Winifred, loved father and father-in-law of John and Wendy, Graham and Susan, and Roger. Loved grandfather of Natasha and Gareth, Amelia and Peter, Lydia, Scott and Emily. Loved great grandfather of Levi, Chelsea, Theo, Aidan, and Cooper. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Alan and Barbara, and loved uncle and great uncle. Remembered by all their families and David and Judith. A Service will be held at the All Souls Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank, Auckland on Thursday 23rd October at 11.30am.
