David BATEMAN Obituary

We were both privileged to know David during our time at Storage King. He was always a delight to deal with and always had a genuine and enviable zest for life. To the Bateman family I express our deep sadness on the loss of David.
David was part of our Eden Rugby Old Boys Association Colts Team starting 1996 where he tour he was part of our team that toured Tasmania and Victoria in 2000 and always made himself available for our colts side and 2008 was a player/coach for the tour to Queensland and New South Wales and showed dedication and support to our colts programme and was good old boy .
David took the Eden Rugby club to place which we thought were not possible and gave so happiness to our member and brought great pride to our club.
On the behalf of the Eden Rugby Old Boys Association I would like to pass on our condolences to Ange,Zoey,Levi,Paul,Mark and Johanna .

To Ang, Zoey, Levi, mark,johanna, paul & rick. We´re still lost for words that Dave has left you all way too soon. He was such a good and fun guy / friend / workmate. We´ll all miss him so much. I hope with time you will cherish all your wonderful memories of him. May he rest in piece. Much aroha Caroline,Tim, Taylor and Chloe.

It's so sad that David left his family..so young. David played through the grades at Eden Rugby with Caleb. Mark and Johanna were so good to our boys .Our prayer and thoughts are with you all from Barbara and Denis Drumm and family.

Dave was a loved member of our family.Son in law of Steve and Kath Lincoln,brother in law of Brent,Nicole and Karlene and uncle to Akeisha,Carter and Grayson.He will be forever in our hearts
