ARCHIBALD, David William (Dave). On Sunday 21 April 2024 peacefully at Bupa Sunset Care Home. Loved dad of Justin and Teresa. Adored Granddad of Cayden, Mamie and Jack. Loved brother of Gloria and Uncle of Derron and Angela. Great Uncle of Caleb, Ciara and Carys. Forever in our Hearts. Rest in Peace. A service to celebrate Davids life will be held at Mount Albert Rugby League Club, Fowlds Park, 8 Rocky Nook Ave, Morningside on Friday 26 April at 11.00am.

We lived last 20 years as neighbours . David was a very quiet and gentle person we really feel sad that he is no more living next to us !
Our collective hearts are heavy with sympathy.

Hi Justin. You don´t know me, but I am very sorry to read of the death of your Dad. My brother was Peter Ward, whom you might know, and I think for a very long time they were the best of friends. Sadly, when I read the Death Notice, my immediate thought was "I must tell Peter" only to realise he´s not with us anymore either. Stay strong, and just remember, time is a great healer.
