David ABBOTT Obituary

ABBOTT, David William (Abbo). On Tuesday 19th May 2015, unexpectedly at his home. Aged 52 years. Loved husband of Shona. Respected and loved father of Mark and Tina, Holly, Rochelle and Jesse, Luke, Oliver, and Charlotte. Adored Poppy of Sophie, Carter; Alex, Tristan, Blake, and Zac. Loving son of Ron and Hazel and baby brother of Brian, Carol and Grant. Big thanks to staff at Waikato Hospital and Transplant Team at Auckland Hospital. Special thanks to Pranesh, Cathy, Helen, Kara and Peter. A farewell for Dave will be held at St Francis Community Church, 92 Mansel Avenue, Hillcrest, Hamilton on Monday 25th May at 11.00am followed by burial at the Te Aroha Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated and may be placed in the church foyer or sent to PO Box 19155, Hamilton 3244. Correspondence may be forwarded to the Abbott family C/- PO Box 276, Hamilton 3240 Woolertons' Funeral Home
