JOSEPH CHARLES TOMSOVIC, 76, of Williamson, W.Va., died August 20 at University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington. Service will be noon Monday at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. View Memory Gardens, Huddy, Ky. Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
