With great sadness we announce the passing of beloved Son of Charles Monaghan and the late Enid Monaghan (Donegal Ireland). Dearly loved Brother, Father, Grandfather and Uncle. Who passed away suddenly in the Philippines. You are now in God's Hand. Until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
