REID, Darcy Eric. On 4 June 2012 at St John's Wood, Taupo. Son of the late Albert and Emily Reid, loving husband and best friend of the late Lorna Elizabeth (Betty). Loved father and father-in- law of Liz and Larry Painter (Taupo), Carol and Ian West (Katikati), John and Teresa Reid (Cairns, Australia). A loving Grandfather and Great Grandfather of Glenn, Fiona, Anastasia Painter (Australia), Paul, Melisa, Chloe Painter (Australia), Steven Painter and fiancee Anna (Taupo), Kevin Painter and partner Heidi (Australia), Micheal West and partner Erica (Australia), Rebbeca West and partner Damean (Tauranga), Richard West (London). Aaron, Jesse, Summer Painter (Australia/ Hawkes Bay), Debbie, Deanna, Karlin Painter (Hawkes Bay). The celebration of Darcy's life will be held at the Founders Chapel of Remembrance, Rickit Street, Taupo on Friday (June 8) at 1.30pm to be followed by private cremation.
