Daphne HARDEN Obituary

HARDEN, Daphne (Tiger Tim). Peacefully at Edmund Hillary Village on Sunday 26th February 2017, in her 83rd year. Soul mate of husband John. From a chance meeting, every day we lived together we loved each so much more. Through our devotion to each other we experienced a most wonderful marriage. Loving mother of Debi and mother-in-law of Wayne, grandmother of Natasha and Mitchell. Greatly appreciated step-mother of Vanessa, Sandra, Tanya and Nicky, with husbands and their 8 grandchildren. Special thanks to all staff and friends at Ed Hillary Village whose care and attention made the last years of Daphne's and John's life together so very special. Tiger, you light up all our lives, your life actions were perfection. Forever, we now hold the hands of a most respected and loved lady. At the request of family members, a private burial service has been held at Purewa Cemetery.
