Daniel MURRAY Obituary

So sorry to read belatedly of the death of Dan Murray. Dan and his sister,May were boyhood friends of my brother Jim and myself back in the 1950s on the Old Head of Kinsale . Fond memories of our summer days together then come flooding back.
Sincere condolences to Dan´s family and extended family.
May Dan rest in eternal peace.

Danny was a lifelong friend of mine since we played under age football and hurling at home for the Courcey Rovers. He was a wonderful friend to have; he was always happy and smiling and I have never heard him say a bad word about anybody.

I first met Denise and the two girls, Fiona and Sarah in 1986 in New Zealand and I can see from the way the girls are today what a great father he was to them and husband to Denise.

The Crowley family wish to pass on our sincere condolences to Denise, Fiona, Blair, Harper, Sarah, Andy and Rafferty. Danny will be sadly missed by all, but never forgotten.

All our thoughts are with Denise, Fiona, Sarah, Andy and Blair, and all the extended family in Kinsale from Patrick & Irene, Mathew and Margaret Buckley. Daniel will always be in our hearts. RIP Dan

MURRAY, Daniel Joseph. Our father, Daniel Murray, was one of the most loved and influential people in our lives. He was our knight in shining armour, our golden goose, and our friend. He made us feel like the most important girls in the world, and set the direction of our moral compass by which we live our lives. Everything we have, and everything we are, is because of him.
